The Chicago medical malpractice lawyers at our firm played an integral role towards an Illinois Supreme Court ruling in February 2010 finding the state’s medical malpractice caps unconstitutional. This ruling stems from the case of a 4½-year-old who sustained injuries at birth, which resulted in cerebral palsy.
