Bryan J. Kirsch is an attorney at Jeffrey M. Goldberg Law Offices concentrating in medical malpractice, product liability, automotive accidents and other personal injury cases.

In 1999, Mr. Kirsch graduated from Colgate University, cum laude, with a Bachelor's Degree in political science and a minor concentration in Spanish. In 2002, he received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law.

Prior to joining Jeffrey M. Goldberg Law Offices in September 2009, Mr. Kirsch spent seven years practicing as a defense attorney, and brings a unique perspective to the firm. In that role, he handled cases involving medical malpractice, product liability, toxic torts, automobile and trucking accidents, legal malpractice and construction negligence. Mr. Kirsch has tried several cases to verdict in the Circuit Court of Cook County. He has also handled several matters before the Illinois Appellate Courts.

Mr. Kirsch is licensed to practice in all courts in Illinois. He is also admitted in the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of the federal courts in Illinois. Mr. Kirsch is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the tort, trial and insurance practice section of the American Bar Association.

Mr. Kirsch lives in Highland Park with his wife and two children.
