Jeffrey M. Goldberg - Principal
Jeffrey M. Goldberg, founder of Jeffrey M. Goldberg Law Offices, concentrates in substantial medical malpractice, product liability, aviation and other personal injury litigation, and has done so throughout his entire professional career. He has tried or settled numerous multi-million dollar cases across the country on behalf of his clients. In recognition of his commitment to his clients and his legal accomplishments, Jeffrey M. Goldberg is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Register of Preeminent Lawyers and the Leading Attorney Network and has been named an advocate by the American Board of Trial Advocates.
In 1970, Mr. Goldberg received a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a minor in mechanical engineering from Bradley University. In 1974, he received his juris doctor from The John Marshall Law School. Thereafter, he was a law clerk for Justice Francis Lorenz of the Illinois Appellate Court and an instructor at The John Marshall Law School.
Mr. Goldberg is licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin and has been admitted Pro Hac Vice in numerous other states to allow representation of clients residing in states outside Illinois and Wisconsin.
Mr. Goldberg is a past President of the TLPJ Foundation (2004-2005) and remains a member of the Executive Board of Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America's Birth Trauma Litigation Group. He is also on the Executive Board of The Society of Trial Lawyers. In addition, Mr. Goldberg is a director of the Center for Disability and Elder Law, a founding member of the Institute for Injury Reduction, and a member of the Brain Injury Association of Illinois.
Formerly, Mr. Goldberg served as chairman of the Chicago Bar Association's Tort Litigation Section, a member of its Legal Specialization Committee, and a member of its Judicial Candidate Evaluation Committee.
Mr. Goldberg is a frequent speaker on the topics of medical malpractice and personal injury litigation and has made presentations at seminars sponsored by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and many other professional associations.
In addition to serving as co-editor of the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s Medical Malpractice Handbook, he has authored numerous articles including the following:

Gary P. Annes - Attorney at Law
Gary P. Annes is an attorney with Jeffrey M. Goldberg Law Offices concentrating in personal injury, product liability and medical malpractice.
In 1992, Mr. Annes received his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. In 1995, he received his juris doctor from the Loyola University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois.
For several years prior to joining the firm, Mr. Annes worked with a defense firm representing the interests of a broad range of clients in the areas of automobile, premises liability, construction, toxic tort, insurance coverage and medical malpractice actions in both the Circuit and Appellate courts of Illinois. Mr. Annes came to Jeffrey M. Goldberg Law Offices to represent the interests of injured individuals.
He is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association and Trial Lawyers for Public Justice.
In 1998, Mr. Annes gave a presentation at the Meeting Planners International - International Association for Exposition Management Contracts Forum titled, "Swords or Shields: Lawyer Negotiation." He also authored the following article:
