Cerebral Palsy Case Results In $100 Million Verdict

In Staten Island, New York, the family of a teen born with cerebral palsy resulting from a premature birth was awarded $100 million in a lawsuit filed against St. Vincent's Medical Center, the hospital where the teenager and her twin sister were born.
